This Returns Policy applies to merchandise purchased from the website operated by NATHALIE MCGLOIN RACING LTD (Company No. 10037641). It should be read together with our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
1. 30-day returns
You may return any item within 30 days of the day you receive it, for any reason. This is more generous than, and includes, your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Condition of returned items
Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags attached. Signed items are pre-signed stock items and may be returned on the same basis as any other item. You may handle items to the extent you would in a shop; a deduction may be made from your refund if the value of an item has been reduced by handling beyond that.
3. How to start a return
Email hello@nathaliemcgloinracingco.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm the return address and reference. Please return items within 14 days of telling us you wish to return them.
4. Return postage
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, we will cover the reasonable cost of return postage. For all other returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item, and we recommend using a tracked service.
5. After we receive your return
We will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange as set out in our Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
