These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchase of merchandise or enquiry about speaking engagements made through it. The website is operated by NATHALIE MCGLOIN RACING LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Use of this website
By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order or enquiry applies.
3. Merchandise orders
3.1 Products offered for sale on this website (such as signed caps and t-shirts) are described on their individual product pages. Signed items are pre-signed stock items and are not personalised to order.
3.2 Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
3.3 All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Payment is taken at the time of order.
5. Delivery
Delivery is described in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
6.1 As a consumer you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to a 30-day return period, as set out in our Returns Policy.
6.2 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your rights where goods are faulty or not as described. Refunds are handled as set out in our Refund Policy.
7. Speaking engagement enquiries
7.1 Enquiries for speaking engagements submitted through this website are invitations to discuss a potential booking only. No booking is confirmed, and no contract is formed, until both parties have agreed a written quotation or booking agreement covering the event date, format, fee, expenses and cancellation terms for that engagement.
7.2 Fees for speaking engagements are quoted individually depending on the nature, location and format of the event. Any quotation we provide is valid for the period stated in it.
7.3 Where a written booking agreement is entered into, the terms of that agreement take precedence over these Terms for that engagement.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to NATHALIE MCGLOIN RACING LTD and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
9. Liability
9.1 We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9.2 Subject to 9.1, our total liability to you in connection with any merchandise order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
10. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
